1. Create LTI 1.3 Provider with:

   1. OIDC Login Initiation URL: https://dev-vantage-hrd.appspot.com/auth/token

   2. Tool Redirect URL: https://dev-vantage-hrd.appspot.com/lti/launch

   3. LTI 1.3 Target URL: https://dev-vantage-hrd.appspot.com

   4. Deeplink URL: https://dev-vantage-hrd.appspot.com/lti/deeplinks

   5. Tool JWKS URL: https://dev-vantage-hrd.appspot.com/jwks
       

2. Create LTI media with that provider.
   

3. Configure media:

   1. Create a new media type of the type LTI 1.3 with the external provider. 

   2. Based on this media type you can now create a new media. 

   3. Open media with the Play button for an administrator mode to check if it is well configured.
