Standard notification for activation with manager notification (Notification 161)

Description: Standard notification for activating login information

Condition: Sent when self-registration activation is enabled. Users must confirm their account via email, and the responsible administrator is notified.

  • The notification is sent only if the following client settings are enabled:

    • Enable activation workflow for self-registration = enabled

    • Email to the administrator responsible for the registration = enabled

Standard notification for activation with provided login information (Notification 162)

Description: Standard notification for a reminder that activation hasn´t been completed yet- sent to the user

Condition:

  • Activation workflow for self-registration is enabled.

  • Manager notification is disabled.

  • Login information is provided by the user.

Standard notification for activation with generated login information (Notification 163)

Description: Standard notification for reminder that activation hasn´t been completed yet - simple version

Condition: Notification is sent only if the activation workflow for self-registration is enabled and the login information was generated by the system.

  • The notification is sent only if the client setting Enable activation workflow for self-registration = enabled.

  • If the setting is disabled, the notification is not sent.

  • The notification is triggered when, on the self-registration page, the following conditions apply:

    • LOGIN (username) field is not available as a personal attribute, OR

    • PASSWORD (and PASSWORD_CONFIRMATION) fields are not available as personal attributes

Standard notification for manager (Notification 165)

Description: Standard notification informing the manager about the registration of a new user

Condition: Notification is sent only if the activation workflow for self-registration is enabled and the login information was generated by the system.

  • The notification is sent only if the client setting Enable activation workflow for self-registration = enabled.

  • Manager notification is enabled

Standard notification for sending login information (Notification 167)

Description: Standard notification informing the registering user about the login information

Condition:

  • Activation workflow for self-registration is enabled.

  • Send login data is enabled.

  • Manager notification is disabled.

  • Login information is generated by the system.

Standard notification for activation request (Notification 168)

Description: Standard notification informing the adminthat new user completed activation.

Condition:

  • Activation workflow for self-registration is enabled.

  • Manager notification is enabled.
