Feedback Form Templates
Feedback form templates determine the application and evaluation types of the feedback form and serve to create repeat elements of various feedback forms, such as welcome messages, specific questions or progress settings, in a central fashion, rather than having to create them individually for each feedback form.
Feedback forms are created via the selection of a feedback form template.
Feedback forms are created via the selection of a feedback form template. In principle, the creation of a feedback form template works like the creation of a feedback form. The same tabs are available, only the selection of the application and evaluation types is required upon launching the creation process.
The following application types are available:
Standard feedback form: no specific regulations.
Transfer feedback form: is issued after a customisable time period after the course conclusion.
Transfer feedback forms are also the basis for effectiveness checks (180-degree feedback). The option to display the results in non-anonymous reports must be activated.
The options available for conducting the effectiveness check can be configured to either allow only the learner to provide feedback or only the supervisor to provide feedback or both. An additional configuration allows for learners to submit the feedback and the supervisor to review and confirm the learner's submission. These configurations are only available if the license for effectiveness check is activated.
The following evaluation types are available:
Fixed feedback forms: Questions assigned to a feedback form template can no longer be removed upon creating feedback forms on the basis of the template.
Statistically evaluable feedback forms: Only question types that allow a unique mathematic evaluation are eligible, which excludes free-text questions, for instance.
Freely definable feedback forms: without restrictions

Description and Displayed Texts
The description tab collects information on the test template itself and determines the basic settings of the feedback (e.g. the type of scheduling concerning the course). The text to be displayed in feedback can be entered in the appropriate tab.
If the export of feedback of the feedback template is desired, it is important to ensure that in the HTML editor fields, only the editing options provided are used, otherwise, the desired representation into the exported PDF file cannot technically be guaranteed.
Viewing Options
The attribute display can be configured individually for each feedback template. A differentiation is made between general visibility and visibility in the course room. The settings are transferred from the feedback template to the tests based on them during creation.
General visibility: Attributes with an activated checkbox are displayed at all locations in the learning platform, e.g. in split screens outside the course room.
Visible in the course room: Changes only affect the displaying of tests in the course room. No other locations, e.g. split screens, are affected.
